One of the things I like about berries is that they taste so good when eaten fresh - just pick them from the plant, maybe wash them with some water and you have healthy snack already prepared.
Also, berries can be prepared in many other ways: in various pies, fruit salads, as part of pancake and cakes in general filling, as ice-cream etc.
