Blueberry, Strawberry and Raspberry Smoothie Recipe
Mixed berry smoothie containing blueberries, strawberries and raspberries is great for breakfasts and for daily snacks. It has specific aroma and taste and is packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other health beneficial compounds found in blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.
Preparation of mixed smoothies like this is rather simple.
Put all berries in a tall pot and add some low fat or cottage cheese and blend using hand blender or ordinary blender.
If you are going to eat the smoothie with a spoon, there is no need to add any liquids (water, milk, yogurt etc).
If you like to drink your smoothie, add some water or lemon juice.
This combination of berries can have somewhat sour and tart aroma - add some sweetener like stevia or similar.
Be sure that smoothie droplets don't get onto the clothes - such stains are often very hard to remove.
Pour smoothie in the glass or cup - and smoothie is done! Very simple and quick recipe.
If you want, add some chocolate chips, some whole or sliced berries (or some other fruits), some whipped cream etc.
In most cases, I just add some dark chocolate chips.
