Lemons can provide really bitter lemonade, so vary the number of lemons and amount of strawberries ratio to achieve the strawberry lemonade flavor you prefer.

In my case, that is 4-5 medium lemons with thick rinds (less lemon juice, but rather a strong one) and 5 ounces (~150g) of strawberries.

Also, I don't like to do the dishes, so instead of an electric citrus juicer, I am using a simple manual citrus juicer, and instead of a cold, masticating juicer for strawberries, I am using a manual press juicer.

Note: I also don't mind pulp in my fruit juices and lemonades. If you do, use a masticating juicer for strawberries with a very fine mash.

Making Strawberry Lemonade

This lemonade is rather simple - slice the lemons and make lemon juice using a citrus juicer. Put strawberries in manual press juicer and squeeze as much juice as you can.

Put lemon juice and strawberry juice in the glass, and taste the juice.

If the taste is too strong, next time use fewer lemons. Also, feel free to add some water and some natural sweeteners (don't add sugar; the juice won't be that healthy anymore...).

And that's it, strawberry lemonade is done.

Serve and consume right away - you can add a few ice cubes to make this pink lemonade even more refreshing.

Combination of strawberries and lemons provide rather "thick" lemonade thanks to the strawberry pulp, but that also means more fibers, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants...

And if you are going to squeeze many more strawberries, be sure to use a masticating juicer (improved yield when compared with the manual press juicer).
