Quick Blueberry Raspberry Smoothie
Fresh blueberries and raspberries have excellent taste and fragrance, but frozen ones are available year long, allowing people to enjoy their aroma and health benefits whenever they want.
Frozen blueberries and raspberries can be used to make very thick smoothies that can be consumed even as fruity ice cream, or they can be blended in classic berry juice.

Frozen blueberries and raspberries may be blended using various types of blenders or one can make classic juice using a slow/masticating juicer.
Note: if You are planning to make juice, let the berries defrost, or add some warm (warm, not hot!) water.
So, put the blueberries and raspberries in the cup and blend them thoroughly.
People who don't like smoothies and juices with pulp and seeds should consider using slow/masticating juicers - they use high pressure to squeeze the juice out, separating it from the pulp and seeds.
Personally, pulp and seeds also contain valuable vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibers, etc., and make the smoothie/juice thicker and more satiating.
And that is all - blueberry and raspberry smoothie is finished and served in a tall glass.
Enjoy! :)
