Quick Blueberry Tangerine Smoothie
When blueberries and tangerines are blended together in the smoothie or juice, they provide a very interesting flavor and fragrance, not to mention all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other healthy nutrients that come with these fruits.
While blueberries can be found both fresh and frozen practically year-long, tangerines can be found fresh (highly recommended) or processed in the form of juices, jams, and similar.

To make blueberry tangerine juice/smoothie, we are using a small and cheap "blender-to-go" - it features a detachable and fully sealed cup.
So, put frozen blueberries in the cup, followed by peeled off tangerines.
Close the cup, put it on the blender, and blend everything.
If no water is added, blended fruits will have a relatively thick consistency - excellent for making healthy ice creams with fruity flavor, or for keeping the fruits fresh while being carried around in the cup.
If some water is added before blending, the smoothie can be consumed as fruit juice.
And that is all - fresh blueberry/tangerine juice/smoothie is done and can be served right away.
For people who don't like so much pulp and seeds in their smoothie/juice, slow masticating juicers are recommended. But, with all the pulp and seeds removed, one also loses some vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibers, etc.
